The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of functional processes and CRM configuration and is capable of supporting both functional delivery and quality assurance activities. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Analyze and understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements and CRM configurations </span></li>\n<li><span>Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet client business needs including entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules </span></li>\n<li><span>Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements </span></li>\n<li><span>Support and participate in QA activities including functional testing, UAT coordination, and defect resolution </span></li>\n<li><span>Develop functional design documents, solution blueprints, and configuration guides </span></li>\n<li><span>Identify gaps between business requirements and out-of-the-box CRM functionality and propose appropriate solutions </span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional designs are implemented accurately </span></li>\n<li><span>Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Assist in data migration activities from a functional perspective </span></li>\n<li><span>Support project delivery across the full implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM — functional configuration and process design </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong understanding of functional processes and how they map to CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in QA support activities — functional testing, test case creation, UAT facilitation, and defect tracking alongside functional responsibilities </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working in Agile or waterfall delivery environments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NICE TO HAVE:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (MB-910, MB-210, or equivalent) </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with Power Platform — Power Automate, Power Apps </span></li>\n<li><span>Exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with data migration and integration from a functional perspective</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE OFFER</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.</li>\n<li>Government-mandated benefits plus supplemental HMO coverage.</li>\n<li>Collaborative and professional work environment.</li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities within a growing finance organization.</li>\n<li>Hybrid/Remote work arrangement (where applicable).</li>\n</ul>",
