If you are ready for your work to matter, we are ready to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently growing our team of Artisans with an <strong>Account Manager, Rizon .</strong> This role will be based out of the <strong>Clear Lake, TX </strong>area. This role is responsible for a semi-dedicated customer to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically, and safely in Refineries, Petrochemical, and terminals while exemplifying RTI’s Mission and Core Behaviors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1.Manage chemical programs to maximize the safety, reliability, and profitability of our customers’ assets.</p><ul><li>Implement Performance Management tools, set targets, and monitor the contingency plan for each application</li><li>Routine service visits and lab/field testing as outlined in the customer contract to ensure KPI’s (key performance indicators) are being met, generate service reports, and maintain inventory records.</li><li>Assist with technical issues and make improvements in products, processes, and procedures</li><li>Oversee Account Representatives and Service Technicians</li><li>Coordinate with Supply Chain on the order and delivery of chemicals to maintain adequate on-site inventory levels.</li></ul><p>2. Develop relationships and regularly interface with clients’ maintenance, operations, engineering, and turnaround teams.</p><p>3. Utilize digital tools such as Rizon App, iView, or any other digital tool to effectively communicate and train refining companies on their purpose.</p><p>4. Host quarterly business review meetings with key stakeholders to review safety performance, value-add projects, KPI’s, and financials.</p><ul><li>Generate data analysis on program performance</li><li>Look for value-added growth opportunities.</li></ul><p>5. Maintain the quality of Rizon owned equipment</p><p>6. Coordinate with Regional Business Director for:</p><ul><li>Chemistry selection</li><li>Service requirements</li><li>Presentations</li></ul><p>7. Review and approve teams vacation requests, expense reports, stipends, etc.</p><ul><li>Challenge team with new responsibilities and continuing education</li><li>Serve as a lead for training</li></ul><p>8. Evaluate safety performance of direct reports regularly.</p><p>9. Ensure that effective JSAs are completed and reviewed.</p><p>10. Provide onsite safety liaison for projects in his/her control.</p><p>11. Complete Incident Reports and participate in cause findings and corrective action.</p><p>12. Communicate weekly and incidental Safety Briefs with direct reports.</p><p>13. Communicate all safety notifications upward and downward through his/her organization.</p>",
