    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">SUMMARY</span></strong><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">: </span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">In accordance with RNP&#39;s Mission Statement, Philosophy of Client Care and Code of Ethics as stated in the Personnel Policies and under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, completes intake and discharge assessments on incoming and outgoing clients and counsels individuals and/or groups regarding substance abuse problems and co-occurring disorders, and develops and implements a therapeutic treatment plan by performing the following duties.</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<table align=\"left\">\r\n\t<tbody>\r\n\t\t<tr>\r\n\t\t\t<td style=\"height:99px;width:14px;\">&nbsp;</td>\r\n\t\t</tr>\r\n\t\t<tr>\r\n\t\t\t<td>&nbsp;</td>\r\n\t\t\t<td>\r\n\t\t\t<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t\t\t</td>\r\n\t\t</tr>\r\n\t</tbody>\r\n</table>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">: <em>All duties are subject to accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).</em></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Conducts screening, intake, orientation and multi-dimensional assessment of clients to obtain information concerning substance abuse and medical history or other pertinent information.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Takes lead role in completing discharge summaries on outgoing clients. </span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Maintains a caseload of clients in need of mental health psychotherapy and/or MOUD clients</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Connects clients with necessary supports and provides warm handoffs to primary clinicians and other RNP resources inside of the building.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Implements therapeutic treatment using approved methods of planning, counseling, case management and crisis intervention to assist clients in overcoming substance abuse disorders and other co-occurring issues.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Prepares and maintains records on assigned caseload and issues reports, according to Agency and regulatory body standards. </span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Consults with Clinical Coordinator, Medical Doctor, Psychiatric staff or other specialists concerning treatment plan and amends plan as directed.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Provides information and education to individuals, families and groups concerning substance abuse and mental health disorders (co-occurring disorder).</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Refers clients to supportive services to supplement treatment and counseling.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Is an Agency approved driver. </span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Assumes all other appropriate duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.</span></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
