The Senior Manager, Human Resources will oversee all HR operations, partner closely with senior leadership, and play a critical role in organizational growth, culture, and talent development.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and workforce planning.</li><li>Design, implement, and continuously improve HR programs, policies, and processes across core areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.</li><li>Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.</li><li>Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and Honduran Labor Law.</li><li>Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.</li><li>Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs.</li><li>Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations; proactively update policies and practices as needed.</li><li>Stay current on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies; translate insights into actionable improvements.</li><li>Advise senior leadership on evolving HR practices and drive the adoption of scalable, innovative solutions.</li><li>Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources aligned with business priorities.</li><li>Lead the ongoing development of the HR team through training, certifications, and career growth initiatives.</li><li>Perform other duties as required to support business objectives.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills & Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in a senior Human Resources leadership role, with a strong balance of strategic and operational expertise.</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.</li><li>Deep knowledge of HR best practices across all functional areas.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, investigations, and complex HR matters.</li><li>Experience with HR systems, data analysis, and reporting to drive insights and decisions.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Honduran Labor Law and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li></ul><h3>Education & Experience:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities in a managerial or senior role.</li><li>Strong command of English (written and verbal) required.</li></ul>",
