    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>SUMMARY:</strong> The outreach manager develops and maintains successful working relationships with the healthcare facilities and clinics that have patients/members with regularly scheduled NEMT t</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>The Outreach manager will visit these facilities and clinics and provide on-site training about NEMT and review and respond to any issues as it relates to member transportation.&nbsp;</li><li>Will be an advocate for NEMT services in the community and foster positive relationships with healthcare clients and professionals.&nbsp;</li><li>Will interact with healthcare professionals regarding patient/member transportation services.&nbsp;</li><li>Will effectively communicate with healthcare facilities regarding non-emergency medical transportation.&nbsp;</li><li>Will educate members and healthcare professionals on NEMT.&nbsp;</li><li>Has the ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare providers; ability to make public presentations.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Effective communicator with proven leadership skills and abilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Clinical, case management and/or discharge experience a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>High level of technical competence including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills: must be able to develop and implement action plans to address issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to travel throughout assigned region/territory.&nbsp;</li><li>Approximately 20% of work time is conducted in an office setting and approximately 80% will require travel.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong problem-resolution skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a proactive approach to relationship building.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be solutions-oriented; creative innovative thinker.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work independently and as a team member.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, implement, and control business activities.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATION</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
