          "text": "<p><strong>North 40 Outfitters in Lewiston, ID.,&#xa0;</strong>is looking to hire a&#xa0;<strong>Full-Time Firearms Vault Administrator</strong>&#xa0;to join our team.&#xa0;&#xa0;We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company.&#xa0; We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self.&#xa0; As a <strong>Firearms Vault Administrator</strong>&#xa0;at North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service,&#xa0;generating sales and suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, leading and developing a successful team and safeguarding company assets.</p><p>This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.</p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively rather than individually</li><li>Ability to take initiative, embrace change, and learn new things</li><li>Drive to be dependable, and to perform well against the expectations of the role</li><li>Ability to work independently or in a group setting</li><li>Committed to supplying our North 40 guests with phenomenal customer service</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals on a regular basis</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining highly detailed and focused</li><li>Must be 21+ years of age to work around firearms</li><li>Knowledge of 4473 forms preferred</li><li>Administrative background or similar experience with computer knowledge&#xa0;is optimal</li><li>Regular audits of 4473 and all related records and paperwork</li><li>Responsible for adherance to all local, state and federal guidelines for acquisition, safe storage, transfer and disposition of firearms, explosives and ammunition</li><li>Responsible for checking and maintaining accuracy of paperwork</li><li>Experience and knowledge of firearms, shooting, scopes, ammo, reloading, and accessories required</li><li>General knowledge of sporting goods helpful</li><li>Previous merchandising experience is helpful</li><li>Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands that North 40 sells</li><li>Ability to work well with others, and lead and motivate a team</li><li>Sales experience, merchandising, and computer skills a plus</li><li>Committed to providing feedback, developing others, and making decisions under ambiguity</li><li>A willingness to lead by example</li><li>Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques.&#xa0; Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25&#xa0;lbs. continuously, 25-45&#xa0;lbs. frequently, and 45-65&#xa0;lbs. occasionally, and&#xa0;team lift anything over 65 lbs.&#xa0; Spending 100% of work time on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases and pallet jacks.</li></ul>",
