This position is responsible for supervising team members during shifts, managing workflow, and maintaining high standards of product quality and store cleanliness. The Shift Leader acts as a liaison between store management and crew, facilitating communication and supporting staff development. They are also tasked with handling customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold the brand&rsquo;s reputation. Ultimately, the Shift Leader ensures that each shift runs effectively, contributing to a positive work environment and an outstanding customer experience.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.</li><li>Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Dependable and customer-focused</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment.</li><li>Familiarity with Jamba Juice products and brand values.</li><li>Certification in food safety or related training.</li><li>Experience with inventory management and scheduling software.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and motivate the team during assigned shifts to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.</li><li>Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment for both customers and employees.</li><li>Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and product knowledge.</li><li>Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor product quality and presentation to maintain Jamba Juice&rsquo;s brand standards.</li><li>Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>The Shift Leader utilizes strong communication skills daily to effectively coordinate with team members and ensure clear understanding of tasks and expectations.
