We offer full benefits on day one, competitive pay, and a strong team-oriented culture.</p><p><strong>Seeking individuals with flexibility to work any of our 3 shifts. $1.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift.</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate or support manufacturing production lines</li><li>Package, band, and label finished materials</li><li>Set up and assist with machine operations</li><li>Weigh and prepare materials for processing</li><li>Use forklift and/or overhead crane to move materials</li><li>Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Strong commitment to safety and teamwork</li><li>Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy materials safely</li><li>Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Forklift or crane experience preferred but not required</li></ul><p><strong>Shift Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Training starts on 1st shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Fixed 8-hour shifts with paid lunch</li><li>No rotating shifts</li><li>Required to work 2 to 3 Saturdays per month</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Starting pay: $20.00 per hour or more, based on experience and skills</li><li>$1.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift</li><li>$1,500 sign-on bonus</li><li>Quarterly profit-sharing opportunity (average $6,000 to $10,000 per year)</li><li>Attendance bonuses up to $1,250 annually</li><li>Overtime paid at time and a half; double time after 48 hours per week</li><li>$180 annual safety boot allowance</li><li>Full benefits starting Day 1:<ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li></ul></li><li>Life insurance and disability coverage</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Maternity and paternity leave</li><li>On-site amenities: medical center, pharmacy, gym, and barbershop</li></ul><p><strong>About Worthington Steel:</strong></p><p>At Worthington Steel, we operate under the Golden Rule—treating others the way we want to be treated.
