The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts.&nbsp; There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off-sites.</p>\n<p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide day-to-day application level support for production incidents</li>\n <li>Work closely with business and technology teams to analyze and resolve issues on the platform</li>\n <li>Provide a consistently high-level of service to all customers, internal and external</li>\n <li>Develop new automation application tools and maintain existing automation tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree completed or relative work experience required</li>\n <li>1+ years of experience in application/production support or a production engineering role</li>\n <li>Understanding of relational databases, preferably Oracle 19</li>\n <li>Knowledge of object-oriented programming, preferably Java and Perl</li>\n <li>Technical knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability in scripting (python and bash) as well as Unix command tools</li>\n <li>Understanding of Apache Tomcat, Tomee and HTTP servers desired</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Team player and detail oriented</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, often pressurized environment</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work some evenings or weekends for production code deployments and other support needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Nice to have skills</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuous build and integration systems understanding (e.g. Bamboo, Gitlab CI/CD)</li>\n <li>Source control platforms&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Configuration management tool like Ansible&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information</b></p>\n<p>Tradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits.
