Our team brings deep technical expertise and a commitment to excellence across every phase of design, inspection, and construction administration.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for a<strong>&nbsp;Project Manager</strong> to join our Architecture team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll lead and manage multiple restoration and rehabilitation projects across New York City. You&rsquo;ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution from investigation through close-out.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead medium to large-scale architectural projects with minimal supervision.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate all project phases including investigation, budgeting, documentation, municipal filing, construction administration, project financials, and close-out.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare and oversee technical documents including field reports, cost estimates, specifications, and AutoCAD drawings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct site inspections from ground level to suspended scaffolding (6&ndash;60 stories).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain client relationships and act as primary liaison for project communication and documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and NYC building codes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot project-specific issues and implement timely solutions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stay current on NYC building codes and public review processes.</li></ul></div><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</strong></p><p><strong><u>Required:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">6&ndash;10 years of experience in architecture or related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or, comparable engineering degree (civil / structural) or equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical writing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with fa&ccedil;ade restoration, historic preservation, and forensic investigation.</li></ul></div><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">NYC scaffold certifications (4HR Supported and 16HR Suspended).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">FISP experience.</li></ul></div><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Schedule</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid schedule.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel requirements: Fieldwork expected 25%&ndash;75% of the time.</li></ul></div><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Salary range: $115,000 &ndash; $130,000, based on knowledge, skills, and experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, and 401K plan with a match.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paid time off: Holiday, vacation, sick time, personal and birthday.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Career development and growth opportunities.</li></ul></div><p><br></p><p>HLZAE, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Milrose Consultants, LLC, <em>is an <strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong>.
