    "description": "<p>HNS Recovery is an equal opportunity employer seeking driven and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>experienced</em></span> professionals to join us in a fast-paced, casual, and fun environment as we expand throughout Texas.  The company supports numerous top-tier lenders and financial institutions with collateral recovery. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an Automotive Locksmith Technician on our team, </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are at least 25 years of age</li>\n<li>Have a high-school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience Locksmithing</li>\n<li>Are punctual and responsible</li>\n<li>Are detail-oriented and a team player</li>\n<li>Are motivated and can work without constant supervision</li>\n<li>Are organized and driven to meet deadlines</li>\n<li>Have a valid Texas Driver’s license without a suspension in the last two years</li>\n<li>Have reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Have a clean background</li>\n<li>Can pass pre-employment screening and unannounced drug screening throughout your employment</li>\n<li>Can thrive in a multi-cultural and multi-generational environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You should:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming</li>\n<li>Have ignition removal experience</li>\n<li>Have 1 -2 years lishing experience</li>\n<li>Have all keys lost experience</li>\n<li>Have basic computer experience and typing skills</li>\n<li>Have a smartphone with a good quality camera</li>\n<li>Be an excellent communicator (verbal and written)</li>\n<li>Be comfortable using various technologies (phones, tablets, computers, cameras etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Job:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain all Customer and Company policies and procedures required to meet compliance</li>\n<li>Maintain equipment and inventory within an assigned company vehicle</li>\n<li>Accurately submit photos, invoices, and work orders into an invoicing system on a timely basis</li>\n<li>Using Lishi’s to decode locks</li>\n<li>Cut and program new vehicle keys</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Pay: (Hourly Rate depends on experience)</p>\n<ul>\n<li>$1,000 each week + $2.00 per key commission (151+ keys cut monthly= $3.00 per key)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Bene’s: (Begin after 90 days of employment unless otherwise noted.)</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 days paid Vacation (after 1 year of employment)</li>\n<li>5 days paid Sick leave </li>\n<li>11 paid Holidays</li>\n<li>3 days of paid Bereavement leave</li>\n<li>Medical/Dental/Vision</li>\n<li>401K + 10% Company Match (after 1 year of employment)</li>\n<li>CARS Certification</li>\n<li>Job training and advancement opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now to join an amazing team in a very fast-paced, challenging industry with a trend setting company.  Begin your new tomorrow, TODAY!</p>",
