We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Junior Key Account Manager to join our Cape Town team and help nurture and grow our existing client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their account management career who is passionate about client service, building long-term partnerships, and delivering real value. You'll work alongside experienced account managers and cross-functional teams while taking ownership of your own portfolio of accounts. What You'll Be Doing Managing a dedicated portfolio of existing client accounts, serving as a trusted point of contact for their staffing needs Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within each account Conducting regular client check-ins, service reviews, and satisfaction assessments Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account revenue and deepen partnerships Collaborating with recruitment, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Handling client queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and urgency Tracking account performance against SLAs and KPIs, and providing clients with regular reporting and insights Keeping CRM and internal systems up to date with accurate account information Reporting to management on account health, risks, and growth opportunities Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better serve and advise clients What You'll Need Matric / Grade 12 (a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous) 1–2 years' experience in account management, client services, customer success, or relationship management Healthcare or staffing industry experience is a plus, but not essential Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust Comfortable managing multiple accounts and competing priorities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is beneficial Ideally own reliable transport.
