We are seeking a skilled <strong>Project Manager (PMO)</strong> to lead commercial projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and technical excellence from proposal to closeout. </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Project Leadership:</strong> Serve as the primary project leader for well-defined, single product line commercial projects, utilizing standardized PMO methods.</li>\n <li><strong>Execution & Control:</strong> Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet quality, cost, and technical objectives.</li>\n <li><strong>Client Interface:</strong> Act as the main point of contact between the project team, management, and customers, fostering long-term relationships and high satisfaction.</li>\n <li><strong>Resource & Team Management:</strong> Coordinate multidisciplinary activities, including technical personnel, logistics, and equipment deployment.</li>\n <li><strong>Risk & Issue Management:</strong> Identify project risks early and utilize root cause analysis to resolve technical or commercial challenges.</li>\n <li><strong>Financial Accountability:</strong> Manage project budgets, forecasts, and ensure the timely issuance and payment of customer invoices.</li>\n <li><strong>Professional Development:</strong> Pursue and maintain Framatome PM Certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field (Master’s preferred).</li>\n <li>Minimum 6 years of related professional experience, with at least 2+ years of direct project management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).</li>\n <li>Prior experience within the nuclear power industry is highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in electrical or mechanical equipment testing, servicing, or nuclear logistics/scheduling.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, report development, and presentation skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>       </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary: </strong>$97,000-$131,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
