    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\">Exante360, Inc., is looking for IT Testing Technicians who want to join us on our bold initiative of &ldquo;improving lives through relations, by connecting people to solutions.&rdquo;</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking reliable and detail-focused IT Testing Technicians to help ensure workstations and related equipment are fully functional and ready for end users. This role performs hands-on quality assurance checks on desktop and laptop systems after imaging, validates software and hardware functionality, and supports basic troubleshooting before and after deployment.</p><p>If you enjoy methodical testing, working with technology, and making sure everything &ldquo;just works&rdquo; for users, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing team.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Perform functional testing on newly imaged or deployed PCs, laptops, and peripherals (monitors, docks, keyboards, mice, webcams, speakers, etc.).</li><li>Verify operating systems boot correctly and system images have been installed properly.</li><li>Ensure required applications (Microsoft 365, Teams, Chrome, Edge, etc.) are installed and operating without issues.</li><li>Test wired and wireless network connectivity, login access, and basic workstation performance.</li><li>Configure and test network printers, label printers, and scanners where required.</li><li>Document testing results accurately and escalate issues to your supervisor.</li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and report hardware or software failures discovered during QC.</li><li>Label and prepare all workstations that pass testing for deployment.</li></ul><p><strong>Sample Tasks You&rsquo;ll Perform</strong></p><ul><li>Print test pages and validate printer connectivity.</li><li>Launch O365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).</li><li>Test Chrome and Edge.</li><li>Validate audio/video functionality in Teams.</li><li>Check label printers and scanning devices (where applicable)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills and Abilities Necessary</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of Windows 11 desktop environments and common enterprise applications.</li><li>Ability to follow technical checklists and perform structured testing.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with standard computer hardware and peripherals.</li><li>Clear communication skills and a dependable, detail-oriented work style.</li></ul><p><strong>Education/Experience Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with imaging tools (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, PXE, etc.).</li><li>Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or workstation deployment roles.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>CompTIA A+ Certification.</li><li>CompTIA Network+ or CCNA Certification.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to lift, carry, turn, and pivot while carrying objects up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>We uphold superior customer service, strive for excellence, embrace versatility, and take responsibility in everything we do.
