    "requisitionDescription": "<p><strong>Business Reform Lead Analyst – Senior   </strong></p>\n<p>Pentagon, Arlington, VA&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Spectrum is currently seeking a Business Reform Analyst to serve as the Senior Business Reform expert at our customer site and support the Department of Navy’s Business Operations Service Support requirement.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to governance, program management, and planning&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to business reform and organizational change management&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Fifteen or more years of experience in business reform and/or organizational change management&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Five or more years of professional experience working with DON, DoD, or similar-sized government agency&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) or more years of senior level experience in government or private industry, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 or more years of senior level experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Spectrum is proud of our diverse workforce and diligently committed to remaining an Equal Opportunity Employer.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Spectrum governs all employment related decisions without regard to an individual's race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability,</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">veteran status, or any other protected classification.
