The Inventory Crew Member will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring the quality and quantity of orders, identifying stock discrepancies, and assisting in the efficient organization of the warehouse.</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Conducts and participates in physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.</li>\r\n\t<li>Evaluates warehouse materials (e.g. qualified product list, warehouse supplies, office supplies, etc.) to maintain quality.</li>\r\n\t<li>Loads and unloads delivery trucks to receive stock and/or fill orders for transport.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains physical and electronic documents, and files records (e.g. receipts, delivery logs, inventory, warehouse reports, material evaluation, etc.)</li>\r\n\t<li>Operates warehouse equipment (e.g. company vehicles, pallet jacks, trailers, etc.)</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepares reports to maintain accurate records for business service.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provides quality customer service to maintain an effective and efficient work environment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Receives stock and non-stock items to ensure specifications, quantity, and quality of orders are correct.</li>\r\n\t<li>Analyze discrepancies on orders and/or invoices (e.g. overages, shortages, duplicate deliveries, etc.) to correct errors and/or return damaged/incorrect items to vendors.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responds to inquiries of staff and vendors to provide information and/or direction regarding the invoices, billing, status of deliveries, etc.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to anticipate and solve problems.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to meet deadlines.</li>\r\n\t<li>Previous experience operating a forklift</li>\r\n\t<li>Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required</li>\r\n\t<li>Previous experience working with Inventory analysis</li>\r\n\t<li>Solar or relevant experience is preferred</li>\r\n\t<li>Must possess a valid Driver's License and be willing to submit to a Motorized Vehicle Report</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Driving Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>\r\n\t<li>Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to move around the warehouse.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Compensation/Benefits:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Competitive wages</li>\r\n\t<li>Health/Vision/Dental Insurance</li>\r\n\t<li>401K</li>\r\n\t<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\r\n\t<li>Paid birthday off</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">ION Solar is an equal-opportunity employer.
