Nights 10:30pm-7am - Days TBD Upon Hire
This is not just a job. It is a front-line role in the lives of children and adolescents who need stability, guidance, and unwavering support. When behaviors escalate, you will act quickly and confidently to de-escalate situations and provide crisis intervention using approved tools and techniques.
This role requires professionalism, emotional resilience, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to helping young people build stronger futures.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in high-stress situations
Core Responsibilities Responsibilities may evolve based on staff qualifications and program development.

Review client case histories and implement interventions outlined in treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with the Treatment Team to provide the highest standard of care.
Serve as a professional role model—calm, respectful, and consistent at all times.
Provide crisis intervention and behavioral de-escalation using approved methods.
Complete accurate and timely documentation, including reports, phone calls, visit summaries, and required forms.

Create and maintain safe, secure, structured, and nurturing environments.
Assist with meal preparation, laundry, and transportation to appointments and visits as directed.
Attend meetings, mandated trainings, and shift turnover meetings.

The heart of our work is helping people.
Our character is built on authenticity and compassion.
Family connection drives our culture.
Collaboration fuels our improvement.
Urgency and innovation mark our approach.
Diverse perspectives are key to our progress.
We seek professionals who are strengths-based, solutions-focused, and committed to building upon the resilience of the children and families we serve.

The Impact Children in behavioral health settings do not need perfection. They need consistency, accountability, safety, and someone who shows up every shift ready to guide them forward.
If you are ready to do work that demands presence, professionalism, and purpose—and to join a team recognized with an Indeed Work Wellbeing Score of 83—we encourage you to apply.
