You will work hands-on with<span> </span>AWS, Databricks, Dataiku, and OpenAI, while driving<span> </span>GenAI/ChatGPT adoption<span> </span>across enterprise workflows. </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will balance<span> </span>immediate business outcomes<span> </span>with<span> </span>long-term scalable AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise data and AI strategies.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:<br><br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead<span> </span>end-to-end delivery<span> </span>from use case identification, pilot and production deployment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and prioritize<span> </span>high-value AI use cases<span> </span>within Clinical, Drug Substance, or </span>Drug Product <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">domains.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and deploy<span> </span>prototypes and MVPs<span> </span>using AI/ML and GenAI technologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with<span> </span>data science, engineering, and IT teams<span> </span>to integrate solutions into<span> </span>MES, LIMS, and enterprise data platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assess<span> </span>data readiness, quality, and integration needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and own an<span> </span>AI roadmap<span> </span>with clear milestones and measurable impact.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Drive<span> </span>user adoption and change management<span> </span>across business and manufacturing/process teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote<span> </span>ChatGPT/GenAI adoption<span> </span>through playbooks, training, and real-world applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure solutions comply with<span> </span>GxP and regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Lead – Drug Substance (DS):</span> Manufacturing operations, process development, MSAT, investigations, technical data.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Lead – Drug Product:</span> Formulation &amp; fill-finish operations, drug product manufacturing, process optimization, technology transfer, MSAT support, batch release &amp; deviations, quality/compliance (GMP), and manufacturing data analytics.<br><br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<br><br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">10+ years of experience</span> in either:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Biopharma manufacturing, process development, MSAT <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OR</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">AI/Data Science within Life Sciences.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience delivering <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI/ML solutions in regulated (GxP) environments.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CDMO or biopharma manufacturing environments is a MUST.</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
