    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Condition Report Writer</strong> helps ensure the overall efficiency, of our body estimations and appraisals by providing timely, accurate, and customer-approved estimates for repair work.  He or she documents estimates and the necessary repair work according to established industry standards and insurance company regulations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has some post-secondary education or training and at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.  He or she has an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record and a strong technical and customer service performance record.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good computer skills are required.  A certification or designation in the field of automotive repair is a plus.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health & Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares estimates & appraisals for body work according to company, insurance company, and industry standards.</li>\n <li>Take pictures of vehicles that are being inspected.</li>\n <li>Perform the automotive body work process which includes interior as well.</li>\n <li>Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.</li>\n <li>Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner.</li>\n <li>Follows all company policies, procedures and safety policies.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ year body work or automotive estimation and appraisal experience required.</li>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors with consistent physical movement to give estimates on the overall condition which includes wear and tear of automotive product.</li>\n <li>I pad estimating capability along with Excel and Word proficiency.</li>\n <li>Certification or designation in the field of automotive repair a plus.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.</li>\n <li>Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Safety and customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.</li>\n <li>Must conduct oneself in a professional manner.</li>\n <li>Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.</li>\n</ul>",
