    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Responsible for providing case management, skills training and psychosocial rehab to a caseload of adult mental health parole and/or probation customers as prescribed in the consumers&rsquo; treatment plans of care. &nbsp;The specialized services are contracted for by the Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical &amp; Mental Impairments (TCOOMMI). &nbsp;The duties include assessment, treatment planning and coordination of services with the parolee, family and &nbsp;parole officer. &nbsp;Staff will implement skills training services to reduce consumers&rsquo; skills deficits in the area of symptom management, medication training, accessing community resources and community integration. &nbsp; Will complete crisis assessments and help assigned consumers access emergency psychiatric treatment as needed. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">This position will also be responsible to provide continuity of care (COC) services, transitional case management (TCM) services, and/or intensive case management (ICM) services to people on probation and &nbsp;parolees released from the state prison system, ISF facilities and SAFP facilities. &nbsp;This position will be responsible for providing case management, skills training, psychosocial rehab and crisis services to the caseload with the goal of maintaining their mental stability to reduce recidivism back to state prison and other corrections facilities. &nbsp;This position will work to transition the consumers into lower levels of care and to reintegrate the individual back into the community.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Must be able to work independently, while maintaining professionalism with clients and community stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><br>This position is directly supervised by the MH Program Administrator/ TCOOMMI Program Director.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull;Requires a Bachelors Degree in Psychology or a Human Services Field from an accredited college or University.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull;Must be eligible to be certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Prefer previous mental health work experience with adult mental health consumers.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull;Must possess a valid Texas Drivers License and be an insurable driver. Driving is an essential function and employees must maintain an acceptable driving record/insurability while employed. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, flexible.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">This is a Full-Time position.
