The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily operations, and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.&nbsp;<br><br><br><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:&nbsp;</strong><ul><li><strong>Customer Service</strong>: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection.</li><li><strong>Sales Support:</strong> Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately.</li><li><strong>Recycle</strong>: Placing proper items into their correct categories.</li><li><strong>Store Maintenance</strong>: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the outlet, including registers, displays, and common areas.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with colleagues to meet sales goals, resolve issues, and support the smooth operation of the outlet.</li><li><strong>Product Knowledge</strong>: Stay informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and product details to provide customers with up-to-date information.</li></ul><br><strong>PERIODICAL DUTIES:&nbsp;</strong><ul><li>Housekeeping/Janitorial.</li><li>Maintaining areas around the Outlet building. Bring shopping carts back into building/picking up debris.</li><li>Unloading bins to assist with daily Recycling.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br><br><strong>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Work a flexible schedule in support of the store opening, production, and closing operations including work on weekends and holidays.</li><li>Ability to be fluent in English.</li><li>Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all our customers in a friendly and engaging way. </li><li>Ability to problem solve, ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Must be able to follow directions well and communicate effectively.</li><li>A minimum of six months of previous work experience, or the equivalent educational or vocational experience preferred.</li></ul><strong>SKILLS</strong>:&nbsp;<ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Professional interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Reliable organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Dependable time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Basic computer literacy.
