Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 3 to support dining operations at NYC Health + Hospitals/Coler , a 5-Star Rated long-term care facility located on Roosevelt Island in New York City and recognized for its specialized memory care program.
This high-impact leadership role reports directly to the General Manager and oversees a team of approximately 60 union employees within a cook-chill meal delivery environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, employee engagement, patient satisfaction, food safety compliance, and service quality throughout the facility.

What You'll Do
Oversee food procurement and production standards
Support retail menu planning and menu costing
Manage employee scheduling, performance management, and staff development
Ensure compliance with HACCP, sanitation, food safety, and physical safety standards
Control food, labor, and supply costs while maintaining quality and service excellence
Lead and engage frontline union employees in a fast-paced healthcare environment
