He/she will understand, implement, and maintain the Quality Policy in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>Education</p><ul><li>Required: High School/GED diploma or vocational school equivalent.</li><li>Preferred: Graduate of an engineering program OR related 2-year degree&nbsp;</li><li>Preferred: CMM Training/Certification from an accredited educational institution.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li>Minimum 4 years’ experience working in manufacturing.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of practical and related experience</li></ul><p>Skills, Knowledge, Abilities</p><ul><li>Working knowledge of blueprints, models, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications and geometric dimensioning and tolerance.</li><li>Proficient computer skills and knowledge of using a PC and related software.</li><li>Must be proficient in editing software to assist in writing CMM programs.</li><li>Must excel working with time constraints and under pressure. Must be well-organized and able to multi-task effectively</li><li>Review and discuss quality concerns or issues for resolution and awareness across various levels of the organization.</li><li>Understanding of production techniques and processes of a precision machine shop</li><li>Must be able to sign and abide by Company’s employee manual and confidentiality agreement</li><li>Required to successfully complete a background check, physical and drug screening&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Create/edit programs for Equators/CMMs.</li><li>Ensure that Equators/CMMs are properly calibrated.</li><li>Collaborate with Quality Engineering to determine program requirements based on design and engineering specifications.</li><li>Complete understanding of GD&amp;T interpretations.</li><li>Supports all aspects of Quality as it applies to programming responsibilities.</li><li>Designs fixtures and gauges that ensure accuracy and reliability of Equator programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilizes MODUS software to produce programs that are safe to run and verify that components meet print tolerances and specifications.</li><li>Is in continual communication with other members of the team regarding any issues that arise.</li><li>Maintain and improve the NRB cage through organization, determination, and root cause analysis for issue resolution.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare necessary reports and maintain all pertinent records.</li><li>Establish and maintain all inspection criteria and documentation.
