    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', arial, verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>HVAC Installation Technician</strong></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><strong>Experience Necessary, Experience Level, Knowledge Required</strong></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A High School Diploma or equivalent;</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This position requires 5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience is required</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with a handheld computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad);</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Installation of light commercial rooftop units, curb adapters, split systems and ducting.</span></li>\r\n<li>Installations that include reconnecting gas and electric to new equipment. </li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\">Have a basic understanding of hand and power tools, their uses and how to use them safely.      </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\">Have a basic understanding of operation, service and maintenance of standard light commercial HVAC systems.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\">Be able to follow instructions and complete work as planned in a timely manner.</span></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\">Have the ability to solder and braze.</span></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\">Have certification and ability to properly recover refrigerant charge from refrigeration circuit.</span></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\"> Be able to read and comprehend basic blueprints.</span></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\"> Have basic sheet metal skills.</span></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\">Communicate and work well with co-workers and customers.</span></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\">Take pride in work and also, keep in mind attention to detail.</span></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', serif;\">Mechanical abilities to problem solve and properly perform a solution to the problem.</span></span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Be a team player with other co-workers and support them when needed.</span></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">You must have the ability to perform (SAFELY) heavy lifting.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to climb and negotiate ladders and scaffolds.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>Competitive salary, 40 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime.
