As part of the Trading Support team in the broader Trading, Operations and Technology Solutions organization, you will work closely with other team members in all aspects of operational activities through both phone and processing. A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach will drive success as you learn and navigate all trading aspects of Financial Professional support. Your contributions will ensure that our Financial Professionals get best-in-class service in every interaction with Osaic.</p><p></p><p>Our Trading Support team members receive robust training prior to moving onto the “floor” taking calls and processing transactions for our network of Financial Professionals. Support is related to a variety of service-related issues with exceptional experience as the goal. These are not sales roles, rather they are truly support and education experts. Our teams work Monday through Friday schedules.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements: </b></p><p>Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Service representatives for the Osaic Network</li><li>Field inquiries regarding mutual fund procedures and charges</li><li>Process and facilitate mutual fund transactions from representatives</li><li>Act as liaison between representatives, Clearing firm and sponsors</li><li>Reconcile reject/error accounts and process loss billing</li><li>Quality control manual trades and corrections processed by traders</li><li>Acknowledgement of Trade Rejects/Market Timing Notifications</li><li>Prioritize information that needs immediate attention</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up concerning all issues and inquiries</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency at Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint.</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; organizational skills.</li><li>Quick learner with basic technical skills to efficiently navigate through various systems.</li><li>STRONG customer focus orientation.</li><li>High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Be able to work independently and maintain elevated levels of quality.</li><li>Self-motivated individual capable of meeting departmental expectations and deadlines</li><li>Ability to participate and contribute to a team environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>2&#43; years&#39; experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting.</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in business, Finance or related field is preferred</li><li>FINRA Series 7 license</li></ul><p></p></div></div><h1><a href=\"https://www.myworkday.com/advisorgroup/d/home.htmld\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here</span></a></h1>",
