Steigerwaldt employs a staff of over 60 people, with offices in Tomahawk and Hayward, Wisconsin, Marquette, Michigan and a nationwide presence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">We are currently seeking representatives for potential long term, high voltage transmission line projects in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Candidates must have prior experience working with 345kV, 500kV or 765kV transmission lines. Interested individuals should have a solid understanding of the principles of high voltage transmission line acquisition along with the ability to successfully convey those to project stakeholders.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">This position resides in our Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate Division and will support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support for high voltage transmission line projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Establishing trust and building the foundation for a long-term positive relationship between the client and landowner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Making independent decisions in working with landowners and project stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Coordinating meetings with landowners and appropriate project stakeholders on site or at mutually agreeable locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Explaining project scope, timelines, processes, contracts, financial agreements, and any other pertinent date to the landowner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Providing regular status reports to the project managers on the status of land acquisition and permitting tasks assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Preparing all necessary agreement documents and/or permitting forms that may be necessary for the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Settle crop/property damages post construction</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">PREFERRED SKILLS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Minimum 2 years (Right of Way Agent) or 7 years (Sr. Right of Way Agent) in Right-of-Way acquisition with experience in 345 kV, or higher, transmission line easement acquisition projects</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ability to work independently in varied and remote settings, both in the field and with clients and other professionals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Superior written and oral communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Impeccable attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Competent with Microsoft Office software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Solid understanding of ArcGIS software and Google Earth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ability to navigate and locate specific properties in the field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet project deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ability to travel and conduct overnight work away – over 80 percent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Work outside normal business hours, up to and including six-day work weeks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Current valid driver’s license with personal vehicle suitable for field work (mileage is reimbursed).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Currently hold, or able to secure a State of Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson License.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Currently hold, or the ability to secure a Minnesota and Wisconsin Notary Public.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A team player who is confident, respectful, curious, flexible, and able to work with other professionals in a growing, successful, and respected business.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">COMPENSATION</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Compensation commensurate with experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">POSTING DATE</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">May 14, 2025.
