Our services span Primary Care, Pediatrics, and Women&rsquo;s Health/OB-GYN, allowing us to support patients through every stage of life with compassion and excellence.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">We are seeking licensed mental health providers (LMFTs, LPCCs, &amp; LCSWs) who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients&rsquo; lives by providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong> Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Provide individual therapy for children, adults, and/or couples through a secure telehealth platform, with the potential to transition to a hybrid model that includes in-person services.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Collaborate closely with the behavioral health team and primary care providers to ensure holistic, integrated care.
