Consistently display professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while developing practical engineering skills.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Duties/Deliverables:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Documentation updates<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>Production document package (PDP&rsquo;s) Backlog</li><li>Eliminate PDP backlog and ensure all production packages are current and accessible</li><li>Create a standardized digital PDP system with a tracking log</li></ol></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">QR code and identification system (dependent on use of SolidWorks)<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>Improve traceability and quick access to applicator information</li><li>Link database to excel or SharePoint&nbsp;</li><li>Key parameters (crimp height, lease date, and part number)</li></ol></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fixture master list with part numbers and locations&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">ECC Pin Depth Testing Improvement<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>Improve reliability and consistency of pin depth testing while reducing equipment cost</li><li>Assign unique part numbers to all fixtures and label them with QR codes. Build a centralized database listing all fixtures, their applications, and locations.</li></ol></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Tool &amp; Workplace organization&nbsp;<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>Improve tool accessibility and reduce time wasted searching for tool</li><li>Design and implement a labeled tool rack system for wrenches, ratchets, and bits.
