Senior Vice President, AI Enablement Lead – Network Services

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, AI Enablement Lead – Network Services to join our Network Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL .
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Drive and deliver high-complexity, reusable AI capabilities and AI transformation to achieve efficiencies with SMEs within the teams. Own AI demand intake and prioritization across Network Services, including identification, assessment, and prioritization of use cases based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, and risk. Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI capabilities across Network Services, business stakeholders, and central AI teams, including management of dependencies, handoffs, and escalations. Ensure AI governance, risk, and compliance processes are followed across the Network Services AI portfolio. Drive adoption of approved AI platforms, common tooling, and reusable implementation patterns across Network Services. Define and track success metrics, adoption measures, and business outcomes for AI initiatives; report progress, value, and risks to leadership and central stakeholders. Lead stakeholder management and internal communications for AI initiatives, including roadmap updates, progress reporting, outcomes, and lessons learned. Build AI capability within Network Services by identifying skill gaps, promoting learning, and fostering a community of AI practitioners and SMEs. Monitor performance and adoption of AI solutions and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and results. Maintain clear visibility of the Network Services AI portfolio, including use cases, ownership, status, dependencies, risks, and reuse opportunities. Provide production support for AI solutions in conjunction with SMEs within the teams. Implement critical Run-the-Bank (RTB) and new projects related to Eliza, Eliza AI Hub, Eliza Brain (GCP Google Brain), and Eliza as a Service (EaaS). To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Extensive experience in AI technology transformation, product delivery, or enterprise change leadership roles. Demonstrated success driving AI or data-driven solutions from idea through implementation and adoption. Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions for Infrastructure teams. Technical depth in AI agents, LLMs, MCP, MLOps, data/platform architecture. Strong knowledge and experience working in network infrastructure, network operations, or enterprise infrastructure environments. Experience operating effectively in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements for enterprise technology initiatives. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities. Experience leading Infrastructure / AI teams. Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Preferred qualifications:
10-12 years of related infrastructure experience; experience in securities or financial services industry is a plus. Experience in financial services or another regulated industry. Familiarity with AI use cases relevant to infrastructure, operations, and service management. Experience working with centralized AI, platform, architecture, or governance teams. This role is located in <strong>Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL</strong>.</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p><ul><li>Drive and deliver high-complexity, reusable AI capabilities and AI transformation to achieve efficiencies with SMEs within the teams.</li><li>Own AI demand intake and prioritization across Network Services, including identification, assessment, and prioritization of use cases based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, and risk.</li><li>Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI capabilities across Network Services, business stakeholders, and central AI teams, including management of dependencies, handoffs, and escalations.</li><li>Ensure AI governance, risk, and compliance processes are followed across the Network Services AI portfolio.</li><li>Drive adoption of approved AI platforms, common tooling, and reusable implementation patterns across Network Services.</li><li>Define and track success metrics, adoption measures, and business outcomes for AI initiatives; report progress, value, and risks to leadership and central stakeholders.</li><li>Lead stakeholder management and internal communications for AI initiatives, including roadmap updates, progress reporting, outcomes, and lessons learned.</li><li>Build AI capability within Network Services by identifying skill gaps, promoting learning, and fostering a community of AI practitioners and SMEs.</li><li>Monitor performance and adoption of AI solutions and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and results.</li><li>Maintain clear visibility of the Network Services AI portfolio, including use cases, ownership, status, dependencies, risks, and reuse opportunities.</li><li>Provide production support for AI solutions in conjunction with SMEs within the teams.</li><li>Implement critical Run-the-Bank (RTB) and new projects related to Eliza, Eliza AI Hub, Eliza Brain (GCP Google Brain), and Eliza as a Service (EaaS).</li></ul><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p><ul><li>Extensive experience in AI technology transformation, product delivery, or enterprise change leadership roles.</li><li>Demonstrated success driving AI or data-driven solutions from idea through implementation and adoption.</li><li>Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions for Infrastructure teams.</li><li>Technical depth in AI agents, LLMs, MCP, MLOps, data/platform architecture.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience working in network infrastructure, network operations, or enterprise infrastructure environments.</li><li>Experience operating effectively in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements for enterprise technology initiatives.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.</li><li>Experience leading Infrastructure / AI teams.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.</li></ul><p>Preferred qualifications:</p><ul><li>10-12 years of related infrastructure experience; experience in securities or financial services industry is a plus.</li><li>Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.</li><li>Familiarity with AI use cases relevant to infrastructure, operations, and service management.</li><li>Experience working with centralized AI, platform, architecture, or governance teams.</li><li>Experience defining KPIs, business cases, and value realization frameworks for enterprise technology initiatives.</li></ul><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:<br><a href=\"https://www.bnymellon.com/newsroom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY Newsroom</a><br><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bny-mellon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY LinkedIn</a></p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:<br>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025<br>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025<br>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p><p>Our Benefits and Rewards:<br>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
