This role offers the opportunity to build lasting advisory partnerships within an <strong>area of focused growth</strong>, supported by an established brand and strong internal referral channels.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build trusted relationships with members by understanding their financial goals, values, and life stages</li>\n <li>Develop comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, insurance, and legacy strategies</li>\n <li>Provide personalized investment recommendations aligned with members’ objectives and risk tolerance</li>\n <li>Partner with internal credit union teams to deliver a seamless, holistic member experience</li>\n <li>Grow and manage a book of business through proactive outreach, referrals, and ongoing relationship management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why CommunityAmerica</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Established, financially strong institution with long-term growth initiatives</li>\n <li>Built-in access to a loyal membership base and referral opportunities</li>\n <li>Mission-driven culture focused on people, not products</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development support</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>• Base salary: $70,000–$110,000 per year, dependent on candidate’s experience and geographic location• Commission: Eligible for uncapped commission opportunities</p>\n<p>This salary range reflects our anticipated pay scale for this role in California and meets the state’s requirement to provide a transparent compensation range directly in the job description</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*Please note there is some flexibility with location- we have several branches in the Redondo Beach, Hawthorne, CA area*</p>\n<h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze investment strategies and make recommendations to members.  </li>\n <li>Achieve sales/production goals to ensure revenue projections are met.  </li>\n <li>Stay abreast of the investment tools and services available that can maximize performance.  </li>\n <li>Ensure business activities and investment recommendations comply with rules and regulations.  </li>\n <li>Make outbound calls to members from various lead lists.  </li>\n <li>Generate referrals from credit union employees.  </li>\n <li>Attend credit union functions and other community meetings as necessary.  </li>\n <li>Promote honest and open communication throughout the credit union.  </li>\n <li>Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the credit union’s values, philosophies, and leadership characteristics.  </li>\n <li>Work with other credit union departments to ensure the workflow or process provides the best service to the members.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Two or more years’ experience in a related investment role is required.  </li>\n <li>Life & Health Insurance, FINRA Series 7 & 66 required. </li>\n <li>63 & 65 licensing can be in place of 66.  </li>\n <li>Previous investment experience in a bank or credit union environment is preferred.</li>\n</ul>",
