Their primary responsibility is to analyze and understand our business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals. &nbsp;Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Business Systems, this role requires a willingness to learn the business, develop and apply their business acumen to support our aggressive organic and inorganic business growth strategy as a trusted business partner. &nbsp;The Business Systems Analyst is a highly visible role within the organization, working side by side with the senior leadership to drive improvements and achieve our goals. &nbsp;</p><p>Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Internal point person for Acumatica</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Lead for new acquisition system integration</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Serve as a subject matter expert for business systems</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensurethe stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systems</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Consult with various stakeholders to gathersystemrequirements&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Modify and configure systems to meet business needs and stakeholder requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Develop, analyze, andmaintainnew or current system processes and workflows&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensure the stabilityand integrity of all systemsand systemdata</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Identify, evaluate, and implement new systemsorenhancements to existing systems</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Participate in the implementation of system patches, updates, and maintenance&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Develop and execute test plans and scripts, as well as other quality assurance measures;
