We are the partner our clients turn to and trust to help them constantly improve business processes and make work better.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><strong>Summary</strong>:</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">As the Project Manager for OKIN, you will play a big role in developing, modifying, and executing project policies. You will ensure all project team members are in compliance and assist with issues and risk management and participate in mitigation and contingency actions to address the risks.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Primary responsibility for daily management functions including developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives for the project.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Responsible for management and oversight of project business units and resources ensures compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements, program business rules, as well as state and federal regulations.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Oversee the quality and timeliness of contractually required reports and deliverables.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Participate with the project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Work with project and executive leadership to develop performance goals and objectives for the project and staff, and monitor the achievement of those goals.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Identify potential problem areas, recommend solutions, and work closely and cooperatively with the client to resolve issues quickly and fairly.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><strong>Duties include:</strong></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Provide direction to team members and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Facilitate communication on project status, to include applicable corrective and preventive actions to leadership.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Ensure project budget and related financial schedules meet corporate requirements.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Assist in the creation and implementation of innovative methodologies, process improvements, and corrective action plans to continually streamline and improve project operations, outcomes, and quality</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Minimum 5 years of project management experience - Knowledge and experience in Waterfall methodology is a must, AGILE and Lean&amp;Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.<strong><br></strong></li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Excellent leadership and organizational abilities</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Excellent written and oral communication</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The ability to delegate effectively</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">A PMP Certification is a plus&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><br></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">We&#39;re a fun, fast-paced, environment and our team thrives&rsquo; around creativity and excitement.
