Ingenium Schools uses an inclusion model for special education. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #ffc000; font-size: 22px\">REPRESENTATIVE ESSENTIAL DUTIES</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Depending upon assignment, duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Provide instruction and services for students with disabilities  who have been identified in an Individualized Education Program and are assigned to regular classrooms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Coordinate the referral, assessment and placement procedures for students referred to the Resource Specialist Program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Participate in academic testing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Write Individualized Education Plans for students</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Coordinate special education services with the regular school programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Schedule and attend IEP meetings, as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Timely record IEP minutes, as needed and required </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Collaborate with  regular classroom teachers to provide accommodations and modifications as written on student IEPs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Monitor student’s progress, coordinate the review and revision of their individualized education programs, and refer students to the individualized education program team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Oversee SPED aides provision of RSP minutes and create their weekly schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Meet with SPED aides on a regular basis to ensure compliance and provide training </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Provide information and assistance to students and to their parents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Provide consultation, resource information, and educational material to student’s parents, and to general education teachers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Coordinate inservice sessions and workshops for teachers and parents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px\">Perform other duties as assigned by the principal and/or director of student services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;
