    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>\n<p><strong>MUFG Retirement Solutions (RS) business </strong>under the MUFG Pensions &amp; Market Services group is <strong>seeking an experienced Project Manager</strong> to lead the delivery of high-quality, client-specific projects for a key superannuation client. This role is critical to the ongoing partnership between MUFG RS business and the client and plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality outcomes.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery across a portfolio of initiatives, including business improvement, system upgrades, legislative and IT projects. Many of these involve complex system integrations, APIs, and production deployments.</p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to the Portfolio Manager</strong> and working closely with internal stakeholders, the client and external vendors, you will act as the central conduit - translating business, technical and client requirements into well-planned, successfully delivered outcomes. This is an opportunity to operate in a complex, highly regulated financial services environment, where strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline and commercial acumen are essential.</p>\n<p><strong>This role is Perth-based</strong> and requires candidates to reside locally, with regular onsite attendance at our Perth CBD office.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and clear outcomes, with a consistent focus on member experience</li>\n <li>Proactively manage risks, governance and reporting, maintaining high standards of compliance and delivery discipline</li>\n <li>Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager and working alongside the Senior Project Manager, coordinate and prioritise project-related work, ensuring effective allocation and alignment of Business Analyst resources while maintaining adherence to PMO reporting requirements</li>\n <li>Provide regular reporting and updates to the Portfolio Manager on project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery status, escalating any risks,issues, or roadblocks in a timely manner, and seeking approval for any changes to scope or key dates</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement, develop procedures and support the establishment of new ways of working and best practices</li>\n <li>Bring strong soft skills: a positive, “can-do” attitude, resilience, and the ability to influence and work effectively with multiple stakeholders</li>\n <li>Support and motivate others, adapting to changing priorities while contributing to a high-performing team culture</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>About you</strong></p>\n<p>You are a confident, positive, delivery-focused Project Manager with experience operating in complex IT and/or financial services environments.
