Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their five market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p>As the <strong>Southwell Production Supervisor,</strong> you'll be responsible for assigning and coordinating the work in a manufacturing department in order to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group. </li>\n <li>Maintains log of shift operations. </li>\n <li>Prepares daily time sheets for hourly employees, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports.</li>\n <li> Inspects product to verify production specifications are met. </li>\n <li>Reviews production schedules, material and manpower resources. </li>\n <li>Assigns employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements. Participates in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures. </li>\n <li>Maintains a variety of reports, records and production documentation to reflect schedules and performance. </li>\n <li>Trains new workers in the organizations operating procedures and standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.</li>\n <li> Requires at least 5 years related experience.</li>\n <li>Good work record and experience. </li>\n <li>Ability to lead in a production environment. </li>\n <li>Requires tact and good judgement. Excellent communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong>: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $68,000 - $89,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
