    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Sr Product Owner plays a critical role in ensuring that a product or feature is developed with a focus on delivering value to the customer and the business. They act as a voice for the customer and are responsible for making key product-related decisions throughout the development process, including identifying opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies, such as AI-enabled capabilities, where they can improve user experience, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</span></p><ol><li><span><strong>Product Vision &amp; Stakeholder Alignment</strong></span></li></ol><p><span>Translation: Work with stakeholders to translate future vision and requirements into clearly broken-down epics and stories; ensure all team members understand and align with product goals, including consideration of emerging technologies where appropriate.</span></p><ul><li><span>Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders; communicate progress, changes, and updates regularly.</span></li><li><span>Team Enabler: Work with one or more Agile Development Teams and act as a central reference and information source, guiding system/product functionality decisions.</span></li><li><span>Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a track record of delivering results in fast-moving, demanding environments.</span></li></ul><ol><li><span><strong>Backlog Ownership &amp; Prioritization</strong></span></li></ol><ul><li><span>Prioritization: Create and maintain the product backlog; prioritize features, user stories, and tasks based on business value, customer needs,&nbsp;market trends, and strategic opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Backlog Management: Continuously groom and refine the backlog based on feedback, changing priorities, and new insights.</span></li><li><span>Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users into the backlog; adjust as necessary.</span></li></ul><ol><li><span><strong>Requirements &amp; Customer Experience (UX)</strong></span></li></ol><ul><li><span>User Story Development: Break down high-level requirements into detailed, implementable user stories that meet strong Agile standards and support effective workflows, automation, and decision support where applicable.</span></li><li><span>Acceptance Criteria: Define clear acceptance criteria so the team understands what constitutes “done” for each feature.</span></li><li><span>UI/UX Alignment: Partner with UX to ensure backlog items have wireframes and UI designs ready for sprint planning; provide design feedback, participate in design sprints, and support user acceptance testing.</span></li></ul><ol><li><span><strong>Planning, Delivery &amp; Risk</strong></span></li></ol><ul><li><span>Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning to select stories and tasks; ensure the team has a clear understanding of work scope.</span></li><li><span>Release Planning: Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to plan and prioritize releases aligned with market needs and business goals.</span></li><li><span>Quality Assurance: Ensure the product meets quality standards by accepting or rejecting work during sprint reviews.</span></li><li><span>Risk Management: Identify and mitigate delivery risks; partner with the release manager on timelines, tough conversations, mitigation strategies, and transparent escalation to leadership.</span></li></ul><ol><li><span><strong>Business Outcomes &amp; Data</strong></span></li></ol><ul><li><span>Business Case Support: Assist in developing and presenting business cases for new features and initiatives; ensure alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.</span></li><li><span>Data-Driven: Define KPIs and measures for features and capabilities to track impact and inform decisions.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><i><span>Education &amp; Experience Guidelines</span></i></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field</span></li><li><span>4-7 years of relevant work experience</span></li><li><span>Experience with Product and Development tools such as ADO, Jira or other similar tools.</span></li><li><span>Healthcare and technical expertise are highly preferred, including experience with data, API integrations, and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and assess opportunities related to emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, where applicable.</span></li><li><span>Leadership and decision-making skills</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and presentation abilities</span></li><li><span>Understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs</span></li><li><span>Strong organizational and time management skills</span></li><li><span>Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, UI/UX, Product Management, leadership, and internal and external stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Travel up to 30%</span></li></ul>",
