Description
E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to be a full-time employee in Monterey, CA to join our innovative and customer solutions focused team upon contract award.
Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing complex programs to ensure successful delivery of customer and corporate objectives. This position oversees cross‑functional initiatives, manages schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and ensures alignment between project-level activities and strategic program goals. Serves as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, leadership, technical teams, and external partners, driving operational efficiency and maintaining accountability across all program components.
Experienced in project and/or program management and possesses demonstrated knowledge, extensive experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations. As needed, provide support during off-duty hours for maintenance and emergency conditions. Defines project objectives and strategic direction. Responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams and serves as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve objectives of complex efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with little or no direct supervision with excellent time management skills. Experience translating and communicating complex subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences. Ensures the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting contract deliverables. Handles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed. Provide in-depth analysis with attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of the data. Ability to coordinate with various divisions, offices, and customers at all levels. The ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate capabilities and functionality of technologies deployed within the enterprise. Responsible for the full life cycle project management of a wide variety of IT projects. Work closely with engineering staff to ensure strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure successful project execution. Regular interface with senior management, design engineers, stakeholders, implementation team members, vendors, and subcontractors. Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution and control. Identifies and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance improvement measures. Leads and trains junior staff. Facilitates definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements and works to resolve or assist in the resolution of cross-divisional resource or project conflicts. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study from an accredited college or university. Minimum 5+ years of experience with BA/BS, 7+ years of experience with AA/AA, or years of experience may be substituted with 9 years experience in program management. Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Desired Skills
