font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Reporting to the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><em>The primary duties and responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:</em></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\" data-pasted=\"true\">Perform maintenance duties while production is running to ensure consistent line efficiency.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\" data-pasted=\"true\">Change spare parts as required and as trained.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Carry out preventive maintenance activities, including sharpening knives, greasing components, and replacing spare parts in alignment with the preventive maintenance program.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Work independently with minimal supervision.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed, to complete preventive maintenance tasks.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform work that may involve standing for extended periods, occasional climbing, lifting/carrying 1&ndash;15 lbs., and push/pull tasks up to 10 lbs.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
