    "description_html": "<p><br>Atlas is seeking CDL Operators with a CDL class A or B license with Tanker endorsement. Our CDL operators will be responsible for mobilizing equipment associated with jobs related to emergency response, site remediation, industrial tank cleanings and more. <strong>Qualified candidates should have or be willing to obtain a tanker endorsement.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Successful candidates will:</strong></p><ul><li>Be about the team and not themselves.</li><li>Be patient, listen and learn.</li><li>Go the extra mile for the customer as well as our fellow employee</li><li>Getting the job done right the first time</li><li>Ask questions – if you aren't sure ask. If you want to learn ask.</li><li>Being professional and courteous</li><li>Continuously learning and acquiring new skills</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities/Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid CDL Class A or B License, good driving record and ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card.</li><li>Operators will provide help with site work to include, but are not limited to, hydro-blasting chemical cleaning, vacuum and truck operating, tank cleaning, and other work assignments.</li><li>Assist Laborers, Technicians, and Operators as needed.</li><li>Load hoses, chemicals, and other equipment required for assigned jobs. Hook up and break down hoses using proper tools.</li><li>Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes while acting in a safe manner at all times</li><li>Startup, monitor, and shutdown equipment in accordance with applicable safety and environmental practices and policies</li><li>Completes visual and daily safety inspection of equipment to ensure safe operations and communicate potential repair issues to shop manager (DVIR)</li><li>Operates equipment safely and efficiently to limit downtime and minimize costs</li><li>Performs routine maintenance such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning</li><li>Ability to work under adverse conditions (heat &amp; cold)</li><li>Physically able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary and lift &gt; 50lbs</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits (after probation period):</strong></p><ul><li>Hourly pay rate: Class A= $29.00 &amp; Class B= $25.50</li><li>Increase after 90-days</li><li>Direct deposit</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)&nbsp;</li><li>401k plan with employer match</li><li>Life, AD&amp;D, Short term disability, &amp; Employee Assistance Program paid by Company</li><li>Excellent health care coverage-medical, dental, and vision</li><li>Uniforms</li><li>Per Diem paid for out-of-town work</li><li>Prescription Safety Glass program</li><li>Safety Boot reimbursement program</li><li>Year-round work</li></ul>",
