This is our mission: elevate our digital marketing agency from a simple supplier to the trustful partner to grow with.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></p>\n<p>For our e-commerce enabler business division, SILKEN Asia, we are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Associate to join our team in Bangkok (Phra Khanong area).<br>You will be part of the builder team of our client's online storefronts, ensuring every product is listed perfectly, optimized for search, and ready for satisfying end customers. You will also a key point of reference for our clients and sellers in understanding how to operate at the best on marketplace.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Listing &amp; Management</span>: Upload and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other store platforms</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Content Localization</span>: Adapt product titles, descriptions, and keywords into Thai and English to ensure they are SEO-friendly and culturally relevant</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pricing and Promotions Setup</span>: Execute price changes, vouchers, and flash sale setups accurately according to the campaign calendar</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stock Syncing</span>: Monitor and update inventory levels across platforms to prevent overselling</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Control</span>: Audit store pages daily to ensure images, links, and technical specs are functioning correctly</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Coordination</span>: Work closely with the Creative and Operations teams to get the right assets of new launches</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span>: 1-2 years of experience (fresh grads, with at least one internship, are welcome)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tech Savvy</span>: Familiarity with Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) is a massive plus</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Detail Obsessed</span>: You notice a typo from a mile away and hate broken links</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Language</span>: Native-level fluency in Thai and a good professional command of English (for internal and external reporting and communication)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Resilience</span>: Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of an agency and the \"Double Day\" (9.9, 10.10...) peak periods</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Information</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid working from anywhere (WFA) policy</li>\n<li>Casual and professional environment</li>\n<li>Growth career opportunities</li>\n<li>Chance to build a personal track-record portfolio working with leading international and local brands</li>\n</ul>",
