    "jobDescription": "<p><b>Nature and Scope</b></p><p>The Material Handler performs the movement of work in progress products through the various stages of manufacturing.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Utilize warehouse mobility system to track/log movement of material from warehouse through manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Accurately completes all documentation associated with tasks performed.</p></li><li><p>Keeps work/staging areas clean and orderly.</p></li><li><p>Follow directives issued by leads and supervisors.</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize and complete required tasks efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Performs routine cleaning of production area using various cleaning agents and when required donning the necessary PPE.</p></li><li><p>Properly disposes of refuse and waste.</p></li><li><p>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.</p></li><li><p>Adheres to good manufacturing practices (GMP &amp; cGMP).</p></li><li><p>Perform duties according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.</p></li><li><p>Maintain scrubs, garments, and PPE inventory. </p></li><li><p>Transfer of required paperwork and components throughout required areas.</p></li><li><p>Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock while keeping accurate records.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work overtime as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements and Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent, required.</p></li><li><p>Warehouse or similar experience, preferred.</p></li><li><p>Power jack/Lift jack certified, preferred.</p></li><li><p>Computer proficiency</p></li><li><p>Accurately read, write, and count.</p></li><li><p>Able to work effectively with others.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b> Physical Environment and Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Physically able to wear<span> cleanroom/protective</span> gowning and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, face shields, and protective gloves.  PPE is essential for the health and safety of employees. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Use of pallet/hand jack to move material.</p></li><li><p>Able to lift 10 pounds repeatedly (5 to 6 hours).</p></li><li><p>Able to lift 11-25 pounds occasionally (1-2 hours).</p></li><li><p>Able to lift up to 50 pounds routinely.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Expected Hourly Rate:</b></p><p><b>$20.55</b></p><p></p><p>The hourly rate displayed is the hourly rate of compensation for the role that the employer in good faith believes to be accurate at the time of the posting of an advertisement for the role.  Actual compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, education, knowledge, skills and experience.</p><p></p><p>American Regent also offers a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare, life insurance, profit sharing, paid time off, matching 401k as well as a wide range of other benefits.</p><p><span style=\"color:#000000\">American Regent celebrates diversity and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
