They will be required to audit, evaluate, assess, and make suggestions for improvement for all the HR business processes.</p><ul><li>Reinforce safe work habits to all employees by leading through example.&nbsp;</li><li>Support safety policy and procedures, lead by example and ensure safety procedures are followed.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all HR processes at the plant are followed per the standard and documented.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with recruitment partners to ensure the process moves forward.</li><li>Develop and maintain a favorable employee relations climate.</li><li>Support the Leadership Team in determining and directing long range plans, objectives, and activities with respect to all HR functions.</li><li>Coordinate annual performance reviews and interim processes.</li><li>Guide leaders on when and how to deliver feedback based on audience.</li><li>Engage managers and team members at plant site on the progressive discipline process.</li><li>Participate, contribute, and support continuous improvement initiatives related to plant and HR area KPI’s.</li><li>Lead and support the action plan development process.</li><li>Accountable to organize and facilitate all employee/social events.</li><li>Facilitate all HR related training events at the site.</li></ul>",
