Joining us at one of our campus sites enables you to positively influence college students' well-being and create a healthy learning environment.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>Annual incentive eligible\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and align Facilities strategy, operations, and services with institutional goals and the University’s Master Plan. </li>\n <li>Oversee daily Facilities operations, ensuring consistency with institutional standards and service expectations. </li>\n <li>Direct major capital projects, including renovations, construction, and long-term maintenance initiatives. </li>\n <li>Manage budgets, allocate resources, control operating expenses, and secure funding for projects and improvements. </li>\n <li>Establish goals and drive standardization across operations, maintenance, and building systems for efficiency. </li>\n <li>Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal leadership, external stakeholders, and vendors; report to senior leadership and the Board.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
