    "description": "<p>Signs and Lines By Stretch is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Time Fabricator to join our Signs &amp; Lines production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and preparation of road signs, pavement markings, and other traffic-related signage materials. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring quality and timely delivery for our clients, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency during off-peak hours.</p>\nKey Responsibilities:\n<ul>\n<li>Fabricate and assemble signs according to work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications.</li>\n<li>Prepare and cut materials such as aluminum, vinyl, reflective sheeting, and thermoplastic.</li>\n<li>Operate machinery including plotters, laminators, CNC routers, and screen printers.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly used and stored.</li>\n<li>Conduct quality control checks to ensure signs meet regulatory standards (e.g., MUTCD, DOT).</li>\n<li>Package and label completed items for shipment or installation.</li>\n<li>Follow all workplace safety procedures, including use of PPE and proper handling of hazardous materials.</li>\n<li>Document production activities and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize urgent jobs and meet production deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\nRequirements:\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in sign fabrication, screen printing, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and safety instructions.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently on night shifts in a fast-paced production setting.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.</li>\n<li>Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills; experience with production software is a plus.</li>\n<li>Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.</li>\n</ul>",
