Multifamily-Development Manager - Tampa

The right candidate will be responsible for assisting the VP of Development in all aspects of multi-family home development, including deal sourcing; making an investment pitch; and pre-development, development, and lease-up duties. %0A %0A Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. %0A %0A %0A Support deal source and underwrite development opportunities %0A %0A %0A Coordinate communication and progress with local officials, brokers, consultants, etc. %0A %0A %0A Participate in zoning, entitlement, and permitting activities %0A %0A %0A Collaborate in due diligence investigations %0A %0A %0A Support underwriting efforts, including an analysis of market information, operational expense data, and estimated hard and soft costs %0A %0A %0A Participate in establishing a project timeline as well as spending forecasts %0A %0A %0A Participate in a compilation of components for investment packages %0A %0A %0A Support the presentation of development opportunities %0A %0A %0A Assist in decision-making regarding product, mix, parking, and design %0A %0A %0A Coordinate with construction personnel as necessary to meet budget and timing targets %0A %0A %0A Strategize with the internal Leasing Operations Manager and third-party property management companies to maximize returns during lease-up %0A %0A %0A Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Supervisory Responsibilities %0A Directly manages two or more employees in the Operations Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization%27s policies and applicable laws.
