This role focuses on rapid prototyping, low-volume production builds, and engineering lab support, enabling fast design iterations across the product development lifecycle.<br>This is a hands-on lab-based position supporting cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-precision environment where quality, safety, and schedule adherence are critical.<br><br><strong>Key</strong> <strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Perform electro-mechanical assembly of electronic hardware from engineering prototypes through short-run production</li><li>Support engineers during new product development (NPD) to optimize manufacturing and assembly processes</li><li>Develop and execute alternative assembly techniques to resolve build and design issues</li><li>Conduct final product testing per written procedures and engineering documentation</li><li>Perform quality inspections as a designated Quality Delegate, reviewing work completed by other technicians</li><li>Accurately follow process documentation, schematics, drawings, and work instructions</li><li>Use standard lab tools and equipment to support hardware validation and testing</li><li>Communicate clearly and proactively with engineers and lab team members</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and EHS-compliant workspaces</li><li>Ensure consistent attendance, punctuality, and schedule reliability</li></ul><br><strong>Required</strong> <strong>Qualifications (Must have)</strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>3–5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or engineering lab environments</li><li>Proven experience assembling and testing electronic hardware in low-volume or prototype manufacturing settings</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build documentation</li><li>Proficiency using standard assembly tools, including:Soldering irons,Cutters, crimpers, torque tools, Pin insertion/removal tools</li><li>Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and signal generators</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Clear verbal and written English communication skills</li><li>Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic data entry systems</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Qualifications ( Nice to have)</strong><ul><li>Technical training in soldering, trade school, or formal on-the-job training (OJT)</li><li>Experience supporting automotive, robotics, or autonomous vehicle hardware programs</li><li>IPC certifications (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, J-STD-001)</li><li>Prior experience acting as a Quality Delegate or inspection authority</li></ul><br><strong>How</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Apply</strong> <br>Submit your updated CV and complete the screening questions.
