As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining not just buildings—but the comfort and security of those who live here.\n </div>\n <p>We are currently seeking a dependable and hands-on <b>full-time Maintenance Supervisor</b> to support our Plant Director in maintaining our beautiful campus, which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing.</p>\n <p><b>Pay Range:</b> $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)</p>\n <p><b>About the Role</b></p>\n <p>As Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our community remains safe, functional, and welcoming. Responsibilities include:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Assisting with daily maintenance operations and team oversight</li>\n  <li>Performing general repairs and preventative maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)</li>\n  <li>Supporting a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors</li>\n  <li>Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner</li>\n </ul>\n <p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Minimum of <b>2 years of general maintenance experience</b> (electrical, plumbing, HVAC preferred)</li>\n  <li><b>Supervisory experience (3+ years preferred)</b></li>\n  <li>Knowledge of <b>life safety systems</b> is a plus</li>\n  <li>Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and lead by example</li>\n  <li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused</li>\n  <li>Must successfully pass a background check</li>\n </ul>\n <p><b>Why Galleria Woods?</b></p>\n <p>At Galleria Woods, hospitality is more than a concept—it’s the foundation of how we serve our residents and support each other as a team.
