Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada &amp; TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google &amp; Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing—turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The part you will play</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Junior</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Marketing Executive</span> to be based in Thailand, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our client’s objectives and help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital marketing.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">As a <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Junior</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Marketing Executive</span></span>, you will take charge of </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across e-comm marketplaces (Shopee and Lazada), SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS).Assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada), Google Ads, Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter), and affiliate channels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support the marketing team in executing campaigns to drive awareness and customer acquisition.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with internal and client teams to track campaign progress, performance, and key KPIs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help with daily campaign monitoring and basic optimizations to improve performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to testing different creatives, audiences, and platforms to find what works best.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support in preparing campaign performance reports and basic analysis using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with tracking setup and troubleshooting using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or UTM links (training will be provided).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.<br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for - the ideal profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or in progress).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basic understanding of online advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or e-commerce marketplace ads is a plus).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with social media platforms and how brands use them for marketing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Interest in learning about campaign tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn from data and feedback.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, especially in startup or e-commerce settings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Digital marketing certifications (Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, Shopee/Lazada training) are a plus, but not required.<br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">In return, you will be getting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are consistently ranked as a top-3 retail media expert across South East Asia, managing ads across all ecommerce channels for many of the leading international brands</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Our state-of-the-art in-house MarTech automates a lot of manual work and allows you to run and optimize campaigns in more sophisticated ways, delivering superior results, with amazing reporting capabilities to easily oversee all campaigns across all channels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will join an ambitious, entrepreneurial and rapidly growing (and fun!)
