    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>Counter Staff</strong></p><p><strong>Reports To: Counter Manager &amp; General Manager</strong></p><p>Edit Holdings, LLC dba Tide Cleaners is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team!&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking individuals that enjoy working with people and as a team to represent Tide Dry Cleaners in the ideal manner and provide an enjoyable customer experience for our customers.</p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide the best in-store customer experience to our dry cleaning, laundry pick up and drop off customers.</li><li>Manage any customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, build rapport with customers and identify their needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Be able to resolve/deescalate customer complaints/issues.</li><li>Perform all clothes check-in and check-out tasks.</li><li>Tag, spot check, organize garments according to any customer details request.</li><li>Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.</li><li>Perform basic math skills to calculate garment prices and operate cash transactions accurately.</li><li>Ensure the quality standards of Tide Dry Cleaners are met.</li><li>Train employees in all aspects of running a counter store.</li><li>Qualify to open and close the store and perform the daily goals.</li><li>Be able to function in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail while standing for long periods of time.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the counter area to ensure a neat store appearance.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to recognize numbers and perform basic math skills.</li><li>Ability to self-start and maintain positive/energetic motivation.</li><li>Strong Leadership qualities.</li><li>Participate in ongoing education and training.</li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time.</li><li>Previous experience in hospitality/customer service roles is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Shift and Schedule</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Store Hours of Operation: &nbsp;Mon-Fri 6:30am-7:00pm &nbsp; Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm &nbsp; Sundays: Closed</li><li>Full-time (30-40 hours weekly) or PT (29 hours max weekly)</li><li>Overtime if necessary</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Vision</li><li>Dental</li><li>401 (k)</li><li>Yearly Paid Time Off</li><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul></div></div>\n",
