Berman Kia is looking for a Service Manager to add to the team! *Must have Dealership Service Management Experience* Pay: $125,000-$150,000/ annually (Commission Position) The Service Manager will help lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to our customers on a continuous basis. You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. We offer: Family Owned and Operated Career advancement opportunities  Full benefits (dental, health, vision, medical) 401(k), PTO Responsibilities: Partner with all dealership personnel to ensure superior quality of service is delivered Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide underperforming ones Interview, hire, and mentor service advisors and technicians Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges Oversee the disposal of wastes such as used engine oil, soot to ensure adherence to health and safety laws Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to their skills 2-5 Years of experience as a Dealership Service Manager Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members Proficient time management and organizational skills Exemplary communication and customer service skills All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
